A Growing Company

Tacoma Youth Theatre has seen substantial growth in six weeks of operation.  In that period the company has enrolled 80 members, has fully enrolled two theatre camps and produced two plays – PETER PAN and ALICE IN WONDERLAND to capacity houses.

“PETER PAN and ALICE IN WONDERLAND camps were open enrollment” says Artistic Director Maggie Knott, “and we were excited by the talent and success brought by those young actors.  Auditions make it easier to create cast dynamics that allow young artists to be even more successful.”

THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST and A LITTLE PRINCESS will perform at Tacoma Youth Theatre at 7:00 PM on Friday, August 24th and Saturday, August 25th and at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 25th and Sunday, August 26th.  Tickets are by donation and are available at the door or by calling 253-677-0531.  For more information please visit www.tacomayouththeatre.org.
