More about Trent Shelton:
With a large online community of over 200,000 friends and followers, it’s no wonder Trent Shelton ranks 20th, by Under30CEO.com, as the Most Inspiring Person on the Web, ranking alongside Oprah and Bill Gates. Whether he is constricted to 140 characters or is invited to speak before thousands, Trent enjoys every opportunity to live his purpose to uplift and inspire others.
Trent was born September 21, 1984 in Little Rock, Arkansas and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. His father then transferred his job and moved Trent and his family to Ft. Worth, Texas in his early teens. Trent was a well-known athlete in the state of Texas in multiple sports, but decided to sign a letter of intent to play college football at Baylor University after graduating for North Crowley High School in Ft. Worth, TX in 2002.
In 2007, after a highly successful college career and graduating with a degree in Speech Communications, the NFL took notice of Trent’s talents and since then he has been with teams such as the Indianapolis Colts, Washington Redskins, and the Seattle Seahawks. Aside from his athletic success, Trent always believed in “Life after Sports” and his biggest accolade is in the founding of the Rehab Time Organization.
It was during the climax of his NFL career, when facing obstacles and adversities, Trent felt a change was needed within his mind, body and soul. Through sharing his testimony as a way to inspire others, RehabTime was born. RehabTime.org now serves a worldwide community, promoting positive change by uplifting, empowering, and demonstrating that “change starts with you”, from the inside out.
